    Light, uniform lines and rounded bases create a bathroom series characterized by understated elegance. This is all that is needed to create a pleasingly clean focal point in your bathroom. With functional details all around, the new Bath series from Menu is both hygienic and user-friendly. The Towel Ladder is an informal and flexible piece of furniture made for storing towels and accessories in the bathroom - clothes in the bedroom - or scarves and coats in the hallway. It’s easy to move around the house and the leather strap at the top (meant to fix the ladder to the wall) almost makes it look like an oversize suitcase, that you can lift and take anywhere.

    The designers behind Bath are Jonas Bjerre-Poulsen and Kasper Rønn aka Norm Architects. This style duo worships minimalism and functionality and endeavor to design products that meet real-life needs while at the same time pleasing all our senses. These ambitions are successfully combined in Norm’s new Bath series for Menu. All redundant elements have been stripped away, leaving only a clean look and straight-forward usefulness. The items share the same shape and characteristic rounded base, giving them lightness without compromising on stability. All items stand firmly and securely in place.

    Clean lines and simple functionality make the items easy to clean and use. “Our work is firmly rooted in Scandinavian design tradition. When a recognizable form gets an original twist, the products seems more fun to use. We have now incorporated this principle in the bathroom, where cleanliness is of paramount importance,” explain Jonas Bjerre-Poulsen and Kasper Rønn.

  • 1. Is my order successful?

    You will receive an Order Confirmation Email shortly after placing an order successfully. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at hello@houseforgoodies.com

    2. Can I change my order information after submission?

    If you would like to make any change to an order you have placed, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@houseforgoodies.com , with your Order Confirmation Email.

    Once your order status has changed to “SHIPPED”, we will not be able to change your order.

    Your order will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to stock availability and quality checks.

    3. How long will my order take to arrive?

    Here is the list of delivery time for different area zones and by different couriers:

    4. Can Can I pick up in store?

    Sure. For added convenience and flexibility, you can order online and collect your purchase personal-ly, or send a representative. Please let us know when and where you would like to pick up your items at least two days in advance. We will send you a notification email once your order is confirmed.

    You can also simply select COLLECT AT STORE on the Shipping page at Checkout.

    To collect your order, simply visit our shop and present your printed order confirmation and the credit card used, or a photo ID of your designated representative.

    5. Do I need to sign to receive my order?

    Yes. All orders must be signed for at the time of delivery. In doing so, you accept the responsibility for the order from that moment on.

    If the recipient is not the original purchaser, such as in the case of a gift delivery, then the recipient’s signature will be accepted by House for Goodies Limited as evidence of delivery and fulfilment of your order.

    6. Do I have to pay taxes and duties for International order?

    Import tax and duties may be applicable, depending on the destination country. You are responsible for all import tax and duties.

    The courier or your local post office will contact you with further details for customs clearance. Please note that customs clearance procedures may delay the delivery time. Please contact us for shipment details at hello@houseforgoodies.com

  • 1. Can I return my item and get a refund?

    All orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. We will send out the in-stock items within 2 working days. As for per-order items, the order confirmation will directly send to our supplier overseas, which cannot be revised.

    2. What if i get a defective/incorrect item?

    All items undergo comprehensive quality control and are checked for faults and damage before they are sent to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, we will be happy to replace your product at no cost. Please contact us at hello@houseforgoodies.com within 2 days of receipt, stating the problem and attach relevant photos if possible.

    Items shipped without our consent may be refused upon delivery.
